Cancellation Policy

• Up to 3 days before: Free of charge

• 2 days before: 50% of the experience fee

• The day before / Same day / No-show: 100% of the experience fee

• We will respond flexibly in cases of severe weather, illness, or transportation delays.

• Date changes may be possible depending on availability.

Terms of Use

By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

• Participants must be 13 years of age or older

• A contract is established upon sending of the reservation confirmation email

• Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or credit card

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the experience fee

• Commercial photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited

• This experience is not intended as medical treatment or religious solicitation

• For safety reasons, please follow all instructions given by staff

Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.
We are not liable for any damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

• Personal information is used only for reservation management, communication, and operation purposes

• We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent

• Information is protected under appropriate security measures

• Personal data will be properly deleted after the purpose of use has been fulfilled
