Reservations, Fees, and Cancellations
Can I make a reservation for just one person?
Yes, reservations are accepted for 1 to 6 people (one group per day only).
Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be 13 years of age or older.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept advance bank transfers and credit card payments.
Details will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
What is the cancellation policy?

Up to 3 days before: No cancellation fee

2 days before: 50% of the fee

The day before / Same day: 100% of the fee
We respond flexibly in cases of illness, severe weather, or transportation delays.
Regarding the Experience, Attire, and Photography
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely. This experience is not about learning techniques, but about connecting with your inner voice.
Is there anything specific I should wear or bring?
**No preparation is required. We recommend wearing clothing that can get ink stains.
Aprons are available for loan.
Yes, there is a possibility that ink may get on your clothing.
On rare occasions, this may happen. To be safe, we recommend avoiding white clothing or delicate fabrics.
Are photography and video recording allowed?
**Yes, photography and video recording are permitted. Please be considerate of other participants.
Commercial use is not allowed.
Is it possible to participate in English?
Yes. We offer support in both Japanese and English.
I’m sensitive to scents—would that be okay?
We use incense as part of the cleansing of the space.
If you are sensitive to scents or require special consideration, please let us know in advance.
Access, Shuttle Service, and Parking
If I come by train, what should I do?
Please get off at Kishi Station on the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line.
Be sure to take a train bound for Kawachinagano.
⚠️ Trains bound for Kashiharajingū-mae do not stop at Kishi Station.
Is shuttle service available?
Yes. Complimentary round-trip shuttle service is available from the west-side rotary at Kishi Station.
After arriving, please contact us by SMS or phone.
Can I come by car?
**Yes, you may come by car. Free parking is available (up to 30 vehicles).
The exact address will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
I have a large suitcase.
Large suitcases may not fit in the vehicle, so please be sure to inform us in advance.
